January Favorites

I cannot believe how fast this month flew by. It was just a few days back when I was putting my 2015 favorites list. And here I am now, writing about my January Favorites. I don’t have too many makeup items this month, but more of skincare products. Delhi wasn’t too cold this year, but I still felt the need to hydrate my skin more than what I usually do. So here are the products I have been loving in January:

The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil Body Wash

I love The Body Shop’s Argan Oil range. The smell, I feel, is very comforting during winters. It is not fruity, but has a nutty smell. The Wild Argan Oil body wash feel very moisturizing on the body.

Palmer’s Cocoa Butter

Going with the nutty fragrance theme, is this body butter from Palmer’s. It is a very thick body butter, perfect for winter season.

Origins Original Skin Retexturizing Mask with Rose Clay

This is the first product I have tried from Origins and I must say, they are AMAZING. This face mask is something quite different from all the face masks I have ever used. It has lots of soft scrubby granules. It makes my skin feel clean, bright , fresh and glowy.

Sarah Chapman Skinesis Intense Hydrating Booster

It is am extremely light weight serum. It has a clear watery consistency. I use this during the day in winters. I do not feel much difference in my skin when I use it, but the days I don’t use it, I notice my skin to be less vibrant and supple.

Benefit The Porefessional Primer

I do not have large open pores on my face, but I use it to minimize oiliness. It makes my foundation apply smoother. It also makes the lines and spots look blurry. It feels very velvety as it contains silicone.

Clinique Chubby Stick Intense in Curviest Caramel

I recently bought this one as I wanted a lip balm with some slight tint. Having used chubby sticks a long time back, I knew that they are quite moisturizing and also give a nice wash of colour to the lips. The shade is a perfect everyday nude.
